Booked 2 cryojets for my wedding. They showed up and only set up one because the second wasn’t working, didn’t tell me about this prior to the event. Then they only gave me a 20% refund after the fact. I would have never agreed to booking 1 cryojet for my wedding, let alone pay $800 for this one jet.
