They had what the big box stores in town did not have. He was also able to teach me a little bit about audio equipment.
Just needed help to set up new TV and he was great. Great guy and friendly to my dog.
Steve and I spoke by phone and discussed outdoor antennas to improve my over the air reception of local TV Networks. Steve took the time to do an analysis according to my geographic location and recommend exactly what I would need to purchase and install to not only improve my reception, but add additional channels that I previously could not get based on what I currently use.
