Broken gear, microphone feedback, visibly exhausted and miserable staff falling asleep on the job. Overpriced, and under delivering. And the large one who ran my event at Pullman Albert was making bigotted remarks to his colleague in what he presumably thought was a whisper, but carried halfway down the room. I'm not sure who told him how to behave in the workplace, but disparaging remarks about gay people definitely are not it.
