I have been waiting to write this review for some time now. I recently hired Audio Vision to handle the automation Control4 for my new house's system and they completed the project a few months ago. I must say that they did an outstanding job. Although I had to contact them a couple of times for they were always prompt in their response. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to others.

I had initially hired a different company to do the automation system in my new house. After months of excuses, the company no deliver as promised. I decided to contact AudioVision, they took over my project and did an amazing job. I just wish I had hired them from day one. Update- I had AudioVision do some work at my office and once again did an amazing job!
Can’t get in touch with anyone in this company for past 4 years!!! IM LIVID!
The company is great when you are buying something from them. I have two systems but the support does not exist. I have been calling their office and technician for over a month. When I call the office I get to hear a long recording and then the call disconnects. When I call the technician, he has not returned the calls. These are expensive systems not to receive the support promised. I would stay away from them.
