We had ordered a fridge and washer and dryer online. The people who came out to install it from this company did almost everything they could wrong. They installed our fridge in the wrong house but got us our washer and dryer on Saturday. Then told us the house they installed it in was empty so they couldn't get to it till Monday and deliver it Monday night. We never got a call, voicemail or any contact on Monday from them. Hired Audio Visual Technologies to install securuty cameras around my house. The installers were pleasant and did a decent job although I wish that the service included patching the drywall where they made a hole. Unfortunately the followup plan to set up the cameras for remote viewing never came to pass. We did install a surveillance siesta for this customer that is fully functional. Additionally, we provided free follow up service when he decided he wanted to move cameras to new locations. In attempting to setup his remote access through his network, we found that his network router was defective and his WiFi coverage was very poor.
