Security Camera system recorder was not working. Dropped it off end of Tuesday and by Wednesday morning it was fixed and ready to be picked. Spoke with Lou and immediately we hit it off. He threw in the OEM plug which I did not have, which might avoid a similar problem in the future. In a consumer driven society, I wish there were more like Lou; honest, transparent, knowledgeable and willing to help. Grateful to have just met him.
