My Sony xbr 65 inch tv just shut down while I was watching it one nite. Looked on Google and found AVS repair services. Went to the shop and I talked to Ceasar who was great. Took his time in doing a diagnosis with Lou the owner. Led backlight strips are a time consuming job but it was done correctly and the tv is up and back to where it once was. Very fair in the repair price. Thanks Lou and Ceasar
My 55 inch Toshiba's screen stopped lighting up. I can hear start-up audio but just got a black screen. Thanks to Google, I pointed a flashlight at the screen and could see faint images of the Home menu and confirming that the mother board and CPU are working and that backlight LEDs needed replacement. That said I called AVS to get a quotation for the repair/replacement. I was told that I had to bring the tv in and pay $75 to check it and then a quotation would be given for the repairs.
