Poor technical proficiency, organization, and communication - What I was told was AVSL was familiar with the TV's error code did not need to assess the TV in person. What I observed from AVSL's continued troubleshooting they were not familiar with the error code and should have assessed the TV in person. - What I was told was that for the first round of ordering parts they would be ordered the very next business day. Honost reliable work As an infinity and kenwood authorized repair shop, I was reffered here by customer service. When i got there to repair my subwoofer I figured on spending some money. They informed me that my problem was a known issue and repaired it quickly at no charge. Small shop that knows what they are doing and great prices.
