This review is based on a phone call I made to Audio-Video Service Center. I called about a problem I was having with my stereo receiver. I described the problem and got a ballpark estimate... and then Chip (the man at AV Service Center) told me what might be wrong, suggested something crazy simple and saved me from having any troubleshooting done. I was very impressed with his honesty and help, that if I ever do have a problem with any of my AV equipment, I know where I will bring it.
