TV had an intermittent fault (I used to repair TVs). Explained the problem and part needed. Since I am older, could no longer do the repair myself (severe arthritis). Robert kept my TV for four months and never repaired it. Tried many times to get it back and was told to come back after lunch, of course they were closed. Finally, I gave up and just bought a new TV. Robert said to sue him and I think I will. Horrible service, no integrity. Bad business practices

My stereo was damaged when the windows of my car were blown out. Robert at Audio Video Service did a fantastic job repairing it. I would definitely use Audio Video Service again. Great job!

My Mom has been trying since 10-10-11 to get her TV repaired by this business. He has done nothing but lie to my Mom when it comes to having the TV fixed and when he is going to deliver it. I am thinking that he has never done anything to it yet. And it is 12-1-11 today and now can not reach him at all. He has 7 complaints against him now at the Better Business Bureau which is a ranking of an "F", and this is the worst ranking that you can have. I rarely post a bad review on someone, however, this merchant just stinks! Long story short; He took my Video unit, claimed to have replaced a card in the unit. It didn't work (though he claimed it did) and after proving to him it didn't, he finally offered to refund my money (this only took 3 months). At this point, I was willing to give him a pass, and would have if things didn't get worse. Had my unit for 2 months, I had to call them every time to see what was going on got excuse after excuse, then when I finally got it back it still didn't work. Since they are the only ones in town I now have a Panasonic unit purchased from Sears (which he told me was "thats I get for buying from Sears) wonder how Sears would feel about his comments. If I was you don't take your unit to them to fix, they have no customer service and you get your unit back the same way you took it in to them. BROKE

Use extreme caution if trying to use this merchant. Kept my TV for over 112 days and did not repair it, did not refund money, and refused to give TV back. Had to fie in court to get a response and finally get my TV back which had been damaged while merchant had it. Merchant requires payment in advance. Merchant require 5% surcharge if paying by credit card which is against the law in Texas. STRONGLY suggest using credit card since he may try to keep your merchandise. WORST POSSIBLE BUSINESS IN THE WORLD. THEY HAVE HAD MY TV FOR ALMOST A MONTH WHEN IT WAS SUPPOST TO BE A ONE WEEK REPAIR. WELL AFTER 3 WEEKS MY WIFE CALLED AGAIN (4TH TIME) TO CHECK ON STATUS AND THEY HUNG UP ON HER SAYING WE WERE HARASSING THEM. WELL THIS UPSET ME SO I DROVE DOWN THERE TO PICKUP MY BROKEN TV .
