Brandon is outstanding! I’ve been struggling with surround sound issues and finally called a professional. And I’m glad I did! It took Brandon about 20 minutes to go through the receiver settings. He found a loose center speaker wire and tuned up everything for our room acoustics. Wow! What a difference. The is now stunning with good separation and clear effects. Love it. Brandon knows his craft and didn’t push to replace expensive equipment. I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. Well done!

AVS always comes through for me. I recently had a power outage and my entire Internet reset to factory default. I had to set up everything again. However, I could not get the faceplate off of my doorbell due to a stripped screw. The faceplate needs to come off in order for me to reset my doorbell and set it up on my new wifi SSID. Tried everything - tape, latex gloves, rubber band, glue, etc. Nothing worked. As a last resort, I called Michelle at AVS and told her my situation. AVS did the work for my wired home security system. I like the peace of mind that comes from knowing that my home, the single biggest investment I will ever make, has a level of security besides a random street light. The system, and the app, are both easy to use and give me the options and controls that a modern security system can provide. The cost of the monitoring is completely offset by the insurance discount I receive y having the system.
