AVS always comes through for me. I recently had a power outage and my entire Internet reset to factory default. I had to set up everything again. However, I could not get the faceplate off of my doorbell due to a stripped screw. The faceplate needs to come off in order for me to reset my doorbell and set it up on my new wifi SSID. Tried everything - tape, latex gloves, rubber band, glue, etc. Nothing worked. As a last resort, I called Michelle at AVS and told her my situation. AVS did the work for my wired home security system. I like the peace of mind that comes from knowing that my home, the single biggest investment I will ever make, has a level of security besides a random street light. The system, and the app, are both easy to use and give me the options and controls that a modern security system can provide. The cost of the monitoring is completely offset by the insurance discount I receive y having the system.

Wonderful company. Brandon was great about coming out and discussing exactly what I need. And he was right. Chris and William were the technicians that came out an installed my cameras. They were very knowledgeable and just all-around great guys. I would highly recommend AVS to anyone.
