Love this local business. I have used them in the past and always had the best service and experience. They came in today to set up my service in a new home, and it just reminded me of how awesome they are. Having Cris available when you call the office is so nice, and she has always taken care of me. THANK you!!!
Zack was truly a pleasure to work with this weekend. He took my very late-night calls on Saturday and even came to my office early Sunday morning to help with the fire alarm system. He took the time to explain the issues in detail, and I sincerely appreciate all of his help. Throughout the entire situation, Zack never seemed frustrated or inconvenienced, despite the late-night calls and early morning response. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Five stars for Zack!
Brandon is outstanding! I’ve been struggling with surround sound issues and finally called a professional. And I’m glad I did! It took Brandon about 20 minutes to go through the receiver settings. He found a loose center speaker wire and tuned up everything for our room acoustics. Wow! What a difference. The is now stunning with good separation and clear effects. Love it. Brandon knows his craft and didn’t push to replace expensive equipment. I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. Well done!
AVS always comes through for me. I recently had a power outage and my entire Internet reset to factory default. I had to set up everything again. However, I could not get the faceplate off of my doorbell due to a stripped screw. The faceplate needs to come off in order for me to reset my doorbell and set it up on my new wifi SSID. Tried everything - tape, latex gloves, rubber band, glue, etc. Nothing worked. As a last resort, I called Michelle at AVS and told her my situation.
