We spent $25k with this company to wire our tv's, music, alarm, cameras etc... They basically took our money and ran. They did the initial installs which took several days but in the end many things were not working. We still have several issues that have not been addressed. Michael Pope is a thief. My system was installed a little over a year ago. It is still under warranty. The only phone number that results in an answer with a voice mail recorded by Michael Pope, results in not allowing you to record a message. It simply informs you that the voice mail is full. All other phone numbers are disconnected. I have been trying to get service now for over a month. What good is a warranty when the company has disappeared.
The voice mail greeting from the owner says they closed. Alarm accounts are now being handled by Select Security. Audio Video probably sold these accounts to Select and made a nice profit. While doing this, they defaulted on payments due to suppliers, one of whom is me. They lied countless times. Historically good service. However, now they are transferring alarm accounts to another company, were happy to take my full 12-month payment in November, and the new company just sent me a new bill for a full year. Wouldn't be so bad if AV Interior's phone still worked... no answer now for 6 hours. Good way to end up in court and just bad business practice.
