I presented a problem I was having with a piece of gear and they went out of their way to send me a demo unit to try out. I was impressed with the quality of product but more importantly I was impressed with the quality of service. I would definitely recommend them to someone else.
AVE installed an audio and video system in our church in 2006. Overall the audio works well and sounds great. The big issue we had was with the video system and the service we received from AVE. In the first 2 years we had each tweeter on our 3 main speakers fail. They were under warranty, however, AVE still charged us for their time to replace them.
