AVOID. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to file a complaint with the BBB. Without going into great detail we paid the owner to repair our universal remote (which we purchased from him), and when the fix he performed literally did not do anything (the remote had the same exact problem as before), he refused to provide us with a refund or do anything.
