I called Chris at AVA this morning because I was having an issue with my remote not connecting to my Apple TV correctly after I downloaded an update. Chris was able to fix the problem remotely in less than 5 minutes and refused to bill me! A little background… AVA installed a complete Control4 system for me during a major remodel in 2020. Excellent service always received over the many years we have used AVA. Most experienced and courteous technicians. No problem ever too difficult for them to solve. Highly recommended and will remain a loyal customer.
This company will promise you what ever you want to hear but never deliver, after 2 years they still don’t have it right. In 2 years the owner Bruce showed up on my job 2 times, but then plays dumb like he has no clue.
