AVA, Bruce and his crew have been outstanding and assisting me with all of my audiovisual issues. They even came in where Comcast failed to fix the problem. They showed up at appointments with Comcast and they resolved every problem that I’ve had. I highly recommend Bruce and his team. !! Very competent, very attentive and very knowledgeable!
I originally left a negative review about two years ago, and can’t seem to remove it, but I want to update it because Bruce made things right. Bruce personally addressed all of my concerns, and his team came out and fixed every issue. They continue to stand behind their work and support our home, which I truly appreciate. I called Chris at AVA this morning because I was having an issue with my remote not connecting to my Apple TV correctly after I downloaded an update. Chris was able to fix the problem remotely in less than 5 minutes and refused to bill me! A little background… AVA installed a complete Control4 system for me during a major remodel in 2020.
