What a lifesaver!! As an expert on vestibular issues, it was absolutely fantastic to get Erica’s high tech and thorough assessment and confirmation of my issue. I came away with incredibly valuable data about my condition, and a pathway forward. She’s a godsend and I feel so lucky to have found her. She’s also so kind with such a wonderful bedside manner.
First off Erica is so kind and positive. I’ve been suffering since January and she showed me such compassion and encouraged me when I was scared and felt hopeless. After months of seeing specialists at hospitals she was the only person who knew exactly what I had. 7 months of being passed around until I met her. Someone who listened and didn’t just want to hand me a medication and be done. I am so grateful to have her help, now I am on the road to recovery which I didn’t not think was possible. I recently visited Erica at her clinic to find a potential problem to balance issues I was having. Erica is a most pleasant person, a good listener and very easy to have good dialogue with. After a short discussion, she understood my problem and performed many tests, including a full hearing test, to determine a solution. She explained each test in layman’s terms. She was very thorough. If you suffer from dizziness and vestibular issues please don’t needlessly suffer and wait and please see Erica! She is one of the most intelligent, experienced health professionals I have met in this long health journey of mine.
