On the 2th of September,2024 which is Labor Day I was in need of an audio wire harness for my 2016 Ram. I called almost every Audio Shop in the Shreveport/Bossier Area everyone was closed but him. Once I made it to his shop it was around 3pm he sat with me and googled every wire harness for that truck until we found the right one. He is very respectful,out going, dependable and patient.
