They repaired my turntable quick and free of charge under warranty. Apparently the dust cover was damaged during shipping and they replaced it as well.
Customer service is just as good as their build quality, terrible. Came here to find a replacement needle, which they wont sell in person and told me to find a local place. No place near here offers replacement stylus for their record player.

Their headphones fall apart after warranty expires (leather flakes off even if you don't use them.) Customer service doesn't offer any good options. "Buy a new pair... here's a small discount!" they say. What a joke. So many other, better options out there.
