William is quick, efficient, and truly cares about the quality of his work. I even showed up a day late and he still took care of business through and through. The first time I went in, he fixed a faulty subwoofer that another shop messed up, then handled all my wiring the right way. These guys quoted a very competitive price for adding a sub and amp to my car over the phone, subject to when they see the car there were no surprises or unknown issues. I brought in my car and they took a quick look and said they would honor the quote, no problems. The install took about 2 hours total. The install was clean and professional. Only comment is the environment is very dusty and I had to do a quick wash when I got home. Highly recommend their work.
