Horrible customer service. Bought some 8" DC subwoofers " because according to the owner Roberto they were competition subwoofers" Less than a month both of them fried. Called in for the warranty and to my surprise there is no warranty. What kind of a place doesn't offer warranty . I send out the subwoofers to get fixed and I call to ask if they would connect all my systems sure enough they said yes. But that they wouldn't give me warranty if things got fried up. Poor customer service, poor QA QC. I got my car back with engine noise coming through the speaker. They were gas lighting me saying its normal. The back up sensors were not working either and they told me its probably because I have a bad sensor even though they worked fine before they touched my car. The trunk lid did not close properly either after I got my car back. Save yourself some money and headache and go somewhere else.
