Craig was very helpful and trusting in letting me take home a pair of speakers to try in my home before purchasing.
I have a rare vintage Mitsubishi DEP-C7 turntable that I would trust to no one except Craig at AR. Properly lowering the temperature of the stylus and several other alignments are all in a day's work before the test run of any turntable he auditions. A comfortable and inviting shop for the experienced, and more importantly, the beginner audio enthusiast. I have heard Craig with clients new and old and he has never "talked down" to them.
