Ryan and his staff absolutely knocked it out of the park. He's very knowledgeable in this field and took his time explaining everything to my dad. He was able to fix and diagnose a problem with an install we had from another shop who is now closed. Super nice guy and will help you with his recommendations for the sound your looking for. If you're reading this Ryan, my dad's amp did not shut off finally on his trip back home (almost 2 hours) drive back home. I will preface this review by saying that I have had work done on this particular vehicle and another one at 2 of the most highly regarded AV shops in the GTA. Audio Pros stood out from both establishments in more ways than one. Firstly, Ryan and Mike are both extremely personable and friendly. Extremely helpful and informative. He pointed me towards what I needed for my vehicle and didn't push for any service. He allowed me time to make an informative decision. I was thankful for the kindness and understanding. I will go to him again in the future and I would recommend them.
The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not carry what I was looking for because it was an older speaker he tried everything to help me. I would recommend this place and would visit in the future if I am in the market for what they carry. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I visited.
