After researching various hearing aid options, I selected the Audio Professional Hearing Center because they were recommended as adhering to Best Practices as defined by the American Academy of Audiology. I recently relocated to PA and was nervous about finding a new audiologist but Dr Welker & Dr Roseberry @ the Shrewsbury office were wonderful. Very thorough and friendly. I felt in good hands like I had been going there for years. The young lady who was at the front desk Carrie was an absolute delight. Every time I go there for an appointment I felt like I’ve known them all for years. I highly recommend them.
The audiologists were very thorough, extremely professional and made the whole process easy. The receptionist was really nice and pleasant. She handled my insurance and had an answer for me before I left. All in all a very good experience.
Attentive follow up. Hearing aids were cleaned and ready to go. All questions were thoroughly discussed. All with friendly professionalism.
