While they no longer have the retail store in Concord, I still find them an exceptional resource for my home audio needs. Recently I reached out for support on an Integra receiver I purchased from them a few years ago and they stepped-up in a big way. I like supporting local merchants who have knowledge, experience, expertise and who understand service, which is virtually impossible to get at the big-box stores.
