Poor communication. Over a week just to get an estimate that I never actually did receive. Steer clear unless you have time for tall tales a long runaround..
Do not use this company, they do not respond, they are only out to collect deductibles even before they give an estimate. If your insurance company recommends them, like mine did tell them you'd prefer another option otherwise you'll be in for a very long and inconvenient wait.
