Let me start by saying I’m not trying to bash anyone or the company I am simply beyond frustrated and helpless. this list goes on and on and on, First things first I had speakers subwoofers and amps installed. I have a 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan and I brought it to Audio Jam, The owner Mike was amazing and explained the entire process to me. I got the new system installed which was 4 6x5 and new tweeters and a JL W6 subwoofer in the back. When I picked my car up and started it, the sound was incredible! Beyond what I had expected! Absolutely amazing experience! I went a couple months ago to get my dash cam installed and everything went super smooth. I came in on a Saturday morning and got helped quicker than expected (walk-ins only). There was one person ahead getting window tint and Mike and the team handled both cars in good time. I was in and out in about 2 hours which was faster than I thought. I didn’t have the hardware kit at first but Mike sold me one at a fair price. Overall great price and experience. Highly recommend!
We were so impressed with the outstanding service we had at Audio Jam. Our radio went bad in our 2016 car. We didn't realize a radio is also connected to several other parts of the cars technical system. Mike greeted us when we arrived and explained what we needed as a replacement. Mike and his crew installed and upgraded my c7 corvette to Android Auto along with 2 amps, speakers all around and subwoofer. The sound now is phenomenal. These guys are the best at what they do. Friendly and professional service all around. Will be doing all of my cars and trucks with Mike and the guys from now.
