Beware their fees for any and all services. For example, they charge $450 an hour — and they say it takes two hours — to reprogram your remote If you change from one TV provider to another, I have had a number of appointments with them for a variety of things, the guys are nice, but nothing ever goes smoothly and, of course, it always takes more time and costs more money, I am so sorry I ever did business with them and the problem is it is hard to walk away once you are a customer.
Expensive high end stuff with terrible customer service. Be prepared to wait at least a week for a technician to come out when something malfunctions.
