Does anyone know how to get a hold of these people?? They’ve completely ignored my calls and e-mails. I spoke to one of the owners about some sort of refund because my wedding had to be cancelled due to state mandates. I have not heard from them since. I found them to be quite unprofessional throughout the whole experience but now they are just straight up ignoring my calls. Do not recommend
We booked Audio Innovations for our wedding, and I was unhappy with the service we received. Jaron was our DJ, and while he did show up day of and he did play the correct songs for our ceremony and played music through the night, there were key things that happened that I really take issue with: 1. Lack of responsiveness during the planning process and general lack of professionalism. 2. Audio Innovations was easily the best vendor I had the pleasure of interacting with for my wedding last summer. The office manager Caitlin responded to my inquiry immediately, even though it was on a Sunday evening. She was very thorough and asked clarifying questions that were very specific to my itinerary, which helped me feel like I was getting a quote that was truly made for MY wedding. The day of my wedding went very smoothly, and I appreciated that Jaron was great at keeping the flow of the wedding going. He did a good job, and I have no complaints about the day of. Unfortunately my lower review comes because he was not the most professional pre and post wedding. He took weeks to respond to an email from me (I knew we were supposed to make payments, fill out surveys, set up a meeting, etc but I had not heard from the company at all), he missed a phone meeting we had set up, he did not make any effort to r... read more
Jaron and Audio Innovations did a fabulous job at our wedding: highly-organized, well-prepared, professional, and easy to work with. Everything came off exactly as we'd hoped. He was also able to accommodate "on-the-fly" requests quickly and easily. He also worked very well with our venue and our dance instructor. We had a great experience.
