Do not buy online from this company, I've been waiting for a product since the 11th October, after many emails and attempts to call them they do not reply. It is now December with no reply.
Took two days to get a price and availability of a turntable via email. I probably came across as grumpy. Comms were confusing at best. Felt like I was fobbed off by used car salesmen. I take solace in the fact that they failed my new customer experience test and will miss out when I build out the equipment for my new listening room. Look elsewhere for your audio needs.
Ordered and paid for a speaker online in July, sent numerous emails asking them to confirm that they had the speaker or could get it as I knew it was a limited edition. When they responded they said the speaker would arrive in 6 weeks and that they were chasing supplier for the confirmation. They finally conceded 6 weeks later that they couldn't get the speaker and I am now trying to get a refund and have asked the credit card company to recover the payment.
