Don't buy from this place! Bought a $800 worth speaker cable, received it in very bad condition, looking like a second hand cable. When mentioned this to the manager, no answer back, washed his hands. The communication from the shop was very poor, most of the time. The owner/manager doesn't really care about customer service.... It only communicated a bit better when I contacted the cable manufacturer company. Bad place to buy stuff if you want to avoid surprises keep yourself away from this place!!!
Good honest services
Ordered a soundbar in Nov 2024. Noted the family emergency note. Understood that. We heard back being told they'd issue a refund. Its now 7 months later and now all messages are being ignored. Bit ridiculous, wouldn't bother buying from this company.
Attempted to order an item labelled "In-stock" online. First hurdle was that all payments methods besides AfterPay were disabled. Was a bit annoying to have to sign up for but I wanted the item so I pressed on. The website states east coast deliveries are approx. 2-5 working days shipping. After 5 working days and not even being notified of the item being prepared for shipping I contacted the store and was told I would receive my item by the end of the following week (2 weeks from contact/3 weeks from placing the order). Been here a few times, never had the stock readily available. Tried again a few months back, the service hadn’t changed. Rarely in store and doesn’t return calls and when he did he was rude. Went across the road to Vinyl Revival, spent a lot of $$, more than I planned and I was BLOWN AWAY by the vast difference in the service and equipment on offer.
