Was staying in NH for an extended family visit and decided it was time for hearing aids at 66 yrs old and not fully participating in the family discussion. I went to Audio Hearing because they part of my Aetna plan. They tested me, showed me my options and we discussed cost with my deductible. I did get their best product and was very happy with it. was connected to my smart phone and was able to adjust the hearing aids to my environment. Met with Brian, owner, who tested me...advised I would need to pay the full amount out of pocket...I called my insurance and while on the phone he told me it was actually covered, he was having trouble with the billing. The next day I called to find the exact model and noticed the invoice showed color black. Brian never gave me a choice and I advised him I'd prefer mocha ...he then changed the order. We booked an appt for my dad at least months ago then randomly got a called 1 day before canceling the appt. with provider going medical leave for at least 3 mo. No further reschedule nothing. If that is the case why wait the day before a patient have an appt and cancel. This is bad service and business. No care for patient care.
