We booked an appt for my dad at least months ago then randomly got a called 1 day before canceling the appt. with provider going medical leave for at least 3 mo. No further reschedule nothing. If that is the case why wait the day before a patient have an appt and cancel. This is bad service and business. No care for patient care.
