Based on other reviews and information on their website I was eager to bring in my grandfather to get new hearing aids. I called and left voicemails twice with no response. Today I finally went down in person only to find a sign on the door saying that they are closed. This is not reflected anywhere on their answering system, website, or Google listing. So much for that A+ rating from the BBB on their website from 2018.

Mike is an extremely experienced, polite and kind specialist. He cares about his patients, not their money, and provides all in-house services like adjustments and testing for free. The costs of the hearing aids are also very very modest, given what other places charge. He is not the fastest, but takes his time to get it right. He has not the fanciest office, but is the best. Without question the greatest experience........Dr. Mike and Shelby, his right hand, are so outgoing and take care of everything. I never realized how bad my hearing was until I received my hearing aids. I could have easily spent 2000.00 more for the same hearing aids at a local provider, but I called Shelby at the "Audio Hearing Aid Center" and she encouraged me to talk with Mike.
