They were super helpful & friendly when my remote start remote died. They went above & beyond and fixed me up fast & easy. Delightful folks!
I went by and asked Mike M. What i needed to make the sub woofer and amp play that I already had. He said just speaker wire. Then he gave me some. NO Charge! Im definitely going back to Mike when I upgrade my system.
Mike was great at guiding me on how to install my own camera set up. He ensured I wouldn't blow my engine or fuses by suggesting proper protective cords from in-house, guided me where I needed to install them and how to, and finally just double checked my work while in the parking lot so nothing came loose while driving or what not. The team here is highly knowledgeable, proficient, and accurate in what they do. Much appreciated and will come back for more car needs!
If I could give 15 stars I would!! Absolutely fantastic work and customer service. We came in for a new radio on a 30 year old Japanese import and these guys went above and beyond: digging through old electrical, testing everything, getting on the phone with Continental stereo about a product issue, everything. Mike and Isaac were communicative, super professional, and we left LOVING our replacement radio and new speakers. Will be coming back here for sure.
