Costumer service is above and beyond!!!!!! I had a Kenwood DMX809S installed in my 2013 Toyota Avalon. So there is very few companies that make a - kit for this car. And the - kit is a high gloss, black. It looks hideous, and I told them it looked like crap, apparently the JBL synthesis system in these limited trim models are pretty complicated? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My amp went bad, so I bought a replacement on eBay and brought it in for them to hook up. Turns out the amp I bought didn’t work. They spent about an hour trying to get everything working and didn’t even charge me since they weren’t able to fix it—even though it wasn’t their fault at all. Had a great experience with Audio Express! Really appreciated how nice and honest they were about everything. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. I’ll definitely be going back!
They put a CarPlay system in my tundra and did an excellent job! Customer Service was on point. We like them so much they convinced my wife to get the CarPlay in her Lexus truck! Mike Martinez was awesome to work with! Highly recommended!
