Just when I thought customer service was dead... At Audio Express I was impressed by the friendly staff, fantastic service, and a balanced explanation of the options.
They were awesome! I called to schedule an appointment for them to look at my radio, they said I could bring it in right then, and my issue was fixed within 10 minutes of being there. I asked to look at a new radio, and told him I’m a broke college student, so the man at the front showed me affordable yet quality radios so I wouldn’t have the same issue again. Yayyy they were great!
Great experience working with Mike from start to finish. Would absolutely shop again for any car audio/accessory needs.
I would suggest anyone needing car stereo equipment or advice about best picks to go here first-entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and very helpful-Mike made the whole process from start to finish feel more like I was dealing with a friend instead of a business-5 star guys!!!
