So I had an issue with my backup cam, and screen angle of my Pioneer unit. I went in, and later discovered they had replaced the unit, and screen to fix the problem. Everything is absolutely perfect now and the store and crew deserve total recognition for the awesome job, positive vibes, and respectful and courteous attitudes. Thanks Mike and crew!!! Scott Dennis
Mike spent a great deal of time communicating with me about remote start and a new head unit with CarPlay. He was patient and thorough. He did not pressure me to buy anything - he just made sure I was informed. I ultimately got a remote start system installed. Remote start wasn't working,Stephen,said no problem took my keys,did his thing,came back and said your good to go,I'm thinking what's this going to cost,when I asked how much he said nothing,I'm like what,his reply it wasn't nothing just had to reset it.There are still Good People Around. Thanks
