Got help pairing my new car remote that I got to replace one I had for 12 years. Dropped the old one so much that it was in pieces held together with a rubber band. So I had an issue with my backup cam, and screen angle of my Pioneer unit. I went in, and later discovered they had replaced the unit, and screen to fix the problem. Stopped in cuz I broke the tip off my usb cord that connects to the back of my stereo but I didn’t know what the end that connects to the unit looks like. They took the time to look it up and said he had an extra I can have. Did the research and didn’t charge me a penny. Great customer service and they earned a faithful customer
