I have dealt with all three Richmond area locations of AE for over 15 years and have completed multiple projects on various vehicles. They are great. I had bought a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L about 2 months ago with a faulty radio. Everywhere I went to get it fixed everyone turned the job down but Adam and his team had no problem making new harnesses from scratch and replacing my radio in a day's work. Very knowledgable and fair guy i owe him a lot of loyalty for solving this problem so shoutout Adam and Audio Express these guys are the real deal!

I was having issues with the sound system in my 07 Avalon. I took it to Audio Express in Colonial Heights, and told Adam the problem I was having. He checked it out and suggested the best and cheapest way to proceed. They ordered the parts and fixed it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the end result. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them highly.
My speaker in my dashboard on my Acura MDX has blown and needed to replace it. I went to Audio Express in Colonial Heights and the customer service was amazing. Everyone at the desk was helping me find the right speaker and explained every detail to me. After I ordered it they told me to come right in and they put it in no time.
