This place is a joke. Walked in Saturday to get a quote on an amp install, greeted by Chad P. the sales manager. I was pretty anxious to get my system going and came here primarily because this is the only place open on Sunday. I had installed most of my stuff myself but haven't had time to finish up my project. I was definitely wary of this place as it seemed pretty shady, but considering I already had most of the work done (just needed them to run 0 gauge through the firewall and mount the amps) I figured even these idiots... read more
Horrendous customer service at the Lakewood (West Colfax location) Quality Auto Sound. I initially went in to have a simple iPod connector installed. It turned into a difficult nightmarish process from the beginning. Once it was installed, I thought I was in the clear. Wrong! I've been back twice in less than six months to have it repaired/redone. The craftsmanship is shoddy. And the customer service is worse. Today a lady behind me threw a hissy fit, complete with cussing, yelling and threats, over the poor customer service... read more

Both Shane & Pat were extremely knowledgeable about the product I was looking for and tech results I needed. We decided on a Parrot MKl9000. The install was perfect and flawless and I am very pleased.
Knowledgeable staff, very helpful. What I liked is there was no pressure to buy.
