Long story short- Went in years ago at Westside location, got a full install stereo system. Very reasonably priced and very very satisfied. Fast forward to about a month ago- Took in my Silverado looking for bass. Discussed many options and finally settled on what I understood as 2 12s in a ready set box and 800 watt amp. Buyers beware. Do not take your business to Audio Express on San Mateo. I took my business with a unique problem. Explained in detail what the problem was. The problem being. I fried the amplifier. I explained that I had to have the old factory amplifier disconnected because, it was draining the battery. I bought a new stereo speakers and of course an amplifier. Absolutely do not take your business to Audio Express on San Mateo. Granted I had a unique problem in which I explained in detail. Assuming they fixed it. After buying a new amplifiers speakers and a stereo. My unique problem being, the factory amplifier had to be disconnected because it was draining the battery. 3rd time I took my truck back to audio express.
