I've been a customer for over a decade. This time the worst experience ever. Hours and hours involved with them to make a crappy install right. I've spent close to 3000 in several vehicles over a decade. I'm never going back. The blew the fuse in my tail lights/dash and disconnected the clock on the dash and were kind of rude when I stopped by 3 times to fix it. I brought my 2009 ford F150 into this location of Audio Express. The stock stereo was just that stock and had no real sound to it. I didn't want to change my original deck so I didn't really no what my options were. My dealings were with Manny and Cody. I explained to them what I wanted to achieve with the budget I had. Incompetent! I purchased a $650 stereo system from audio express for my RV. The sales rep informed me that I could come back to have it removed and installed into a different vehicle if I ended up selling the RV. Sure enough 6 months later I did put the RV up for sale. I called to make an appointment for the swap. I needed it done on Friday. Audio Express in Santa Fe. WOW! Mistake Mistake, MISTAKE. Worst customer service ever."LOWEST INSTALLERS GUARANTEED" Stay away from these thugs. They charged me twice for the same items and they would not give me a refund The install was not done correctly. my unit was whining a high pitch frequency that was annoying. don't let these kids on scottsdale touch your car. they told me they would install an amp for me on a sunday morning, but they wanted to be paid in cash. I thought i would still get a receipt, but no. they had my car 6 hours that day and 3 the next. when i finally demanded my car back, after excuse after excuse, my fade and balance didnt work, only my back speakers worked, they didn't use the install kit I bought they used scrap wires, they broke my dash plate and my window controller on the drivers side. Expected too much? I went in to Audio Express in Chandler on a Sunday to have a dvd player installed on an Expedition I had purchased the day before. I went in because I have heard the commercials for the "home of the $1 install" for years. They had a deal for a Screen and player for $449. I had stereo installed equipment on my first car when I was 16 by Audio Express. Impressed with their work I decided, nine years later that I would take my Jaguar XJ8 to have an aftermarket sound system installed. I am writing this review in response to the lack of customer service I have received from Audio Express. In late October I spent $2600 for speakers, a five channel amp, subwoofer, and a custom fiberglass dash kit. My complaint involves my dash kit which as of 2/13/2014 has still not been completed. This place has the absolute worst customer service ever. Apparently $1 same day installation means $75 dollars and by midnight with no care of whether or not the customer is a normal human being with a family. When asked, 10 hours later, 3 of which sitting in the waiting room, if anything could be done, free 1 year warranty, a few dollars knocked off the bill, heck, even a time before midnight that they thought they could be done, the response was, "Sorry, we can't do that.
