Immersive audio on a level that I didn’t know was possible. Listening to music on one of their systems feels as if the band is playing in front of you and you can feel each and every instrument. In addition, the equipment is absolutely gorgeous to look at. It’s more like modern sculpture than audio components. Truly an experience.

I was looking to upgrade my turntable and came across Audio Element in Carlsbad. I stopped in and met with Brian the owner. I pretty much knew what I wanted but had a few questions. Super knowledgeable guy, fair and honest. Didn't push anything on me. Looked at specs of my current equipment and he assured me it wood be a great match. Place is clean bright well organized. My new go to place! And get this they deliver what ever you purchase.

I just wanted to encourage anyone who hasn't had the pleasure of dealing with the Audio Element team to put it on your audio list of must do's! Brian and Ian and crew are truly standouts in this community, they offer the kind of relaxed, personal, down-home customer service that is rare to find (sadly) in today's world. My first encounter with Brian was 7 years ago, when I had an issue with my turntable.
