Wrote an email asking for the "buy me" tab since the site is littered with reviews. If I want to just buy it, why is it so hard to do. So I emailed the company and received horrifically childish, unprofessional emails from Bill. From name calling, to the use of profanity to telling me to "pound sand". I doubt Bill is such a tough guy in person but behind a keyboard, watch out! I can't understand how any company would put a 2 yr old in charge of customer replies. William Mullen, get a clue on how to run a business... I have never in my life had to deal with a more rude and obnoxious customer service department than with your other company Security Systems. Your prices are no better than anyone elses but you use a sneaky hook by offering free upgrades that never materialize. When I complained directly your customer service representative handed me a load of malarkey and never got back to me. When I called to follow up they were rude and hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN...
