I had a negative experience purchasing a \$700 dollar guitar amp from this establishment. The Fender amp I purchased abruptly stopped working after just 3 months of use, so I returned to this store with the amp, expecting to have it sent in to the manufacturer for repair. I was told by the employee who sold me the amp that the nearest certified Fender repair center was in Minneapolis and that the cost of shipping the 35 pound amp to and from the repair center was my responsibility and not covered by the warranty.
