I recently purchased a vintage Parasound DAC from Audio Classics that turned out to have a problem with audio dropouts. I contacted Steve Rowell and explained the issue + mentioned that I'm also a music producer and audio engineer in my spare time , i.e. I know the issue was real and not my imagination. Amazing! I have never seen a place with so many high end brands and products to look at touch and hear. Staff is extremely knowledgable. Will make even the staunchest audiophiles cry with happiness. Worth a visit.
