My wife has severe congenital hearing loss in both ears and has worn hearing aids most of her life. Once we got married, we went to several places to upgrade her old ones. I am so happy to be working with Dr. JoAnn Wood. Her kindness, understanding and knowledge is exceptional. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and has been so patient in working with me to get things right. Diane, at the front desk, is kind and welcoming, and the office is peaceful and lovely. I highly recommend this practice!
I had a wonderful experience at Audio Center of Babylon and cannot recommend Dr. JoAnn Wood enough. She was incredibly kind and caring throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the latest technology, but she is also remarkably patient. She took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Wood if you want an expert who truly cares about improving your quality of life.
