Called Faisal explained I was having trouble setting up my home stereo system. He stated no problem could have it running in no time. he would send me a quote for the home service. called again two three days later talk to Faisal and he said he had not sent the quote yet. it is now been almost 2 weeks haven't heard a thing from audio arc at all. their customer service has something to be desired all they had to do was State I was too far from Edmonton to help me instead they just blew me off. I recently had a tv bracket , television, amplifier and speaker wires installed by Sean and Faisal. Installation was fast, efficient and professional. My experience from the beginning with Lance choosing an amplifier and discussions with Faisal made the process till the end outstanding. Thank you for making my project shine!
Best deal i ever made. Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional, very easy to deal with. Got a new Anthem integrated amplifier, streaming box and speaker wires. Will return for more gear later 👍
