The team at Audika were very pleasant to deal with and couldn't do enough for me and to make my journey an easy process.
The staff are very obliging , and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I will continue visiting Audika, Redbank Plaza.
My experience at Audika Redbank was a very worthwhile one, to say the least. The lady I saw was professional, friendly and very experienced — she quickly had my unruly hearing earphones working properly. In addition, she gave me a quick refresher on how to change filters and how to pair my devices (it turned out to be a fault ). I felt quite at home at Redbank Plaza on dealing with this lady and would highly recommend her skills and manner to anyone thinking of using Audika at Redbank in future.
