My experience at Audika Redbank was outstanding. I’m from New Zealand visiting family and needed new rechargeable batteries for my hearing aids. The service from Elise who answered all my questions and setup an appointment when I rang was friendly, very helpful and professional. The Audiologist who change the batteries and reset my aids was also friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant and stress less experience.Thank you.
The audiologist at Redbank Plaza is lovely. I've called in a couple of times without an appointment and he has been willing to squeeze me in on the spot both times.
