I was a long term Customer of Audika Australia and started 2018 by being their first customer at Raymond Tce. This last year made me change to another service after constant let downs during all the years of service ending in a real blow with my last hearing aid supplied with a rebate over 2 years ago. It didn't fit! The worst part of this was a promised replacement which was never delivered to me for my 2nd hearing aid replacement after 8 years. (NB.
