I went to Audika as I was having problems hearing especially with a room full of people. I met three key people that made my experience a very positive one. So, thank you to Shelley, Michele and Ishanka, who carried out my hearing test. I was convinced that I just did not need them yet. Well after Ishanka did the tests on me, she explained where the issues were and what ear was the problem ear, so after a discussion with Ishanka, it was decided to get a hearing aid for my right ear.
