Arrived at 0830 for an 0845 appointment, welcomed by staff. It was explained to me up front that some training was being conducted by staff onsite throughout the day. I was treated exceptionally well when my testing started, it was explained to me the processes. All my questions i had regarding the testing and hearing aids was answered. The young lady that tested my hearing was fantastic and treated me well. Thankyou for a great experience.
