Based on my experience, a more abhorrent group of individuals has never been assembled in one place. It is my assessment that the medical incompetence at this VA facility is surpassed only by its moral turpitude. The personnel demonstrate a willingness to conceal their ineptitude to protect their government positions. The amount of funds wasted on my case alone is staggering. Facility full of inept individuals that do not help. Called the release of information office five times and was hung up on every single time while waiting. No wonder Vets dread the VA always. Mediocre service for veterans who have served this country proudly.

My doctor barely speaks English, mental health specialist is a joke, nurses have ATTITUDE, reception is SASSY …… I get way treated way better at a regular dentist I always leave more depressed
