Hurry up and wait and wait and wait. The staff could probably move slower but why agitate us poor unimportant veterans. We deserve better.

-10 stars. If you have an emergency do not come here! It could be life or death and these people do not care at all. It's heartbreaking. Look at the other reviews. It was no different for us. They leave people sitting in pain for hours and hours. Have nothing but attitude to give. Go anywhere else if you can.

Older lady hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. I had called enrollments on Monday morning, 27 April 2026. The lady was short from the start when I had told her why I called and an after hours employee gave me this number, to which she rudely said: well she gave you the wrong number. This lady was grumpy and unpleasant. After she had captured my ssn incorrectly (and with two different numbers) I had said "well it is Monday after all" w/ a friendly laugh. Left there today 30 April 2026 very disappointed and upset for lack of medical help for a kidney stones appointment, my appointment was 1000 , they call me 1050 , after I let them know that my appointment was 1000 . I advice them twice of that 1015 and 1045 .
