RecommendedI was visiting from Naples Florida today and my hearing aid in one ear went out completely. I called this place because it was the only center I could get that was answering the phone. I talked to a wonderful gentleman there whose name I did not get, but he was wonderful. Even though they don’t service my type of hearing aid he explained to me how I could fix it myself if the filter was the problem. I didn’t even know hearing aids had filters. I have been working with Audibel ever since I first made the choice to get hearing aids. Ann has been very helpful supplying me with what I need to hear much better. She is very professional and works very hard to satisfy customers that have issues or want a hearing test to determine if hearing aids are needed. I talked to several other hearing aid suppliers, in Peoria, I chose Audibel because of their customer focus!
I go to the Peoria branch. Ann takes great care to set my hearing aids up properly for me and to help me get them to work with my different devices, and Audibel's free customer service has helped me when I have questions at home. Great product, great service!
I went to Audibel because Peoria Ear, Nose and Throat dropped the ball. I have gotten nothing but top notch service from Ann and Audibel. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for hearing aids. I have had only 10% to 20% hearing in my right ear. Ann was able to get me set up with a CROS system that allows me to hear from both sides. Ann is AWESOME! If you are having hearing difficulty, call Ann and she can help you.
