I want to applaud RHONDA who works at Gause Blvd East, Slidell, LA Audibel Site for a job well done. After my mother and I had been told that her hearing aids would be in after a couple of weeks at the end of January and it’s been almost two months now that I’ve been calling about them, with no returned phone calls from Dr. Michelle Macione, Rhonda took it upon herself to get in touch with their insurance carrier to check on the pre-authorization for her hearing aids and to my knowledge was none. They took the time to work with me to make sure I knew how to take advantage of all the settings that the aides provide for you
Dr Finley is very kind and informative. Explanation of testing, reason for test, and how hearing AIDS work, and best for me was very educational. She has a great personality and knowledgeable about the Starkey brand hearing aids, how they work etc. I liked her presentation and testing.
