Audible in ocean springs is the most welcoming and helpful company I have ever had the pleasure to work with my hearing needs.
I went in to get the hearing aides adjusted. They were booked solid. However, the receptionist suggested they might need to be cleaned she did that, and I could hear just fine. She then showed me how to clean correctly. Very pleased.
Great visit. Was concerned on my choice. Audiologist spoke to me at length about other choices and the difficulties with my sensitivity due to nerve damage. Perfectly satisfied when I left the office.
