I loved new products of my new hearing aids and better quality of sounds in all levels. The staff are very friendly and professional courtesy customer satisfaction a key plus ➕️ 👌
There really was not much of a wait(maybe 5 minutes) after I checked in, until I spoke with Dr. Guthrie. She made me feel very at ease before moving me into the booth for the hearing tests. After the audio testing, she did a great job of explaining the results to me and recommending the hearing aids. I had previously had my hearing tested and hearing Sid's recommended, but I was unable to get them before now.
